From September 16 to 18, 2026, the 2026 Green & Low-Carbon Expo and the 2026 International Engineering Construction Expo were grandly held at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Tianjin). The Group was invited to attend, with Deputy Chief Economist and Head of the Administration and Human Resources Department Tang Haichao, and Head of the Trade Support Department Wei Jinshen leading the delegation.

This year's dual exhibition features eight exhibition halls and 14 specialized exhibition zones focusing on green practices, international cooperation, green energy, circular economy, "China Construction," and smart construction. It brings together more than 550 leading industry enterprises from across the country and attracts over 500 international professional visitors and procurement delegations from more than 60 countries to Tianjin for networking and business matchmaking. It stands as this year's premier professional event in the engineering construction sector, combining significant industry influence with international reach.

Concurrently held with the exhibition were several high-profile industry events, including the Experience Sharing and Achievement Release Event for the Construction of the China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization Green Industry Cooperation Platform, the Hydrogen Energy Industry Dialogue, the International Engineering Supply Chain Conference, and the 10th Country Market Report Conference on Overseas Engineering Contracting.

At the project matchmaking venue, our company engaged in in-depth discussions with heads of various professional organizations and enterprises in fields such as engineering construction, financial institutions, human resources, freight logistics, and materials supply chains. Drawing on the Group's years of deep-rooted experience in regions including Africa, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and Eastern Europe, both sides explored cooperation opportunities focused on overseas project implementation, digital and smart engineering upgrades, and green and low-carbon transformation.
On September 17, Tianjin Oubaiwei Corp., Ltd., as a vice-chairman unit of the Tianjin Foreign Economic Cooperation Association, was invited to attend the Seminar on Cutting-Edge Issues in International Engineering Investment, Construction, and Operation, jointly hosted by the Tianjin Institution of Construction Engineering and Management, the Tianjin Foreign Economic Cooperation Association, and the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission Tianjin Sub-Commission. Representatives exchanged insights with more than 200 delegates from government departments, universities, financial institutions, industry associations, and leading engineering enterprises.
